How to use the package

Morning

Take 3 drops of CBG-M in a capsule.

Afternoon

Take 3 drops of CBD-M in a capsule.

30 minutes before sleep

Take 2 to 4 drops of CBN-M under the tongue.

Tip: fill your capsules for the whole week every Monday. That way you have the morning and afternoon ready in a pill box and you no longer have to think about it during the day.
