Cannabinol, better known as CBN, is one of the more than 140 cannabinoids you can find in cannabis. Not all cannabinoids are present in the plant at the same time. Even so, every cannabinoid can exert an influence on the endocannabinoid system (ECS). This system consists of a number of receptors in the body which in turn are responsible for controlling various functions. The best-known cannabinoids are THC and CBD. Yet CBN is also very popular.
